NAAMA 35th International Medical Convention – Lisbon 2026
1. Registration Fees
All registration fees for the NAAMA 35th International Medical Convention (“the Convention”) are subject to the refund terms outlined below. By completing registration, participants agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official Convention contact email.
- Refund eligibility depends on the date the cancellation request is received.
Refund Schedule
- Cancellations submitted on or before the published refund deadline:
Eligible for a partial or full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees. - Cancellations submitted after the refund deadline:
Not eligible for a refund. - No-shows:
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the Convention.

3. Transfer of Registration
- Registrations may be transferable to another eligible participant, subject to prior written approval by NAAMA.
- Name changes must be requested within the timeframe specified on the Convention website.
4. Event Modifications or Cancellation
- NAAMA reserves the right to modify the Convention program, dates, venue, or format.
- In the event of cancellation of the Convention by NAAMA, registered participants will be notified, and refund options will be communicated accordingly.
- NAAMA is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond NAAMA’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or security concerns.
6. Payment Processing
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institutions.
