NAAMA 35th International Medical Convention – Lisbon 2026
The NAAMA 35th International Medical Convention (“the Convention”) will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2026. The Convention is organized by the North American Arab Medical Association (NAAMA) in collaboration with academic and institutional partners.
Registration is open to healthcare professionals, researchers, trainees, sponsors, and invited guests.
All participants must complete the official registration process and provide accurate information.
NAAMA reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel registrations at its discretion.
Registration fees, if applicable, are listed on the official Convention website.
All payments must be completed using approved payment methods.
Fees are quoted in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes or processing charges.
Cancellation and refund policies will be published separately on the Convention website.
Refund eligibility, timelines, and administrative fees (if any) will depend on the date of cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows unless explicitly stated.
The Convention schedule, speakers, sessions, and format are subject to change.
NAAMA reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, or timing without prior notice.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
NAAMA reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this policy without refund.
The Convention may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed.
By attending, participants grant NAAMA permission to use images, audio, or video recordings for educational, promotional, and archival purposes.
Unauthorized commercial recording is prohibited.
All Convention content, including presentations, materials, branding, and recordings, is the intellectual property of NAAMA or its contributors.
Materials may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, visas, accommodation, and related expenses.
NAAMA is not responsible for visa denials, travel delays, or related costs.
NAAMA is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the Convention.
Participation is at the attendee’s own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
NAAMA shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or security concerns.
Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for Convention-related purposes.
NAAMA will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international standards and relevant local laws.
By registering for or attending the Convention, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
